The Li-KE Store High Density Bin Shelving system transforms high-turnover small component, fastener, and consumables management into an automated, audit-ready inventory ecosystem.

Designed for automotive Kanban lines, electronics SMT staging, and fast-moving industrial stockrooms, the open shelving structure combines real-time weight-sensing with high-density physical space utilization.

Equipped with a 15.6-inch industrial-grade interface and a 2.8-inch cargo location screen, together with flexible multi-factor access control, it enforces automated line-side replenishment and SKU-level material governance. Each of the 20 cargo locations is equipped with a high-precision weighing sensor (5 g – 10 kg) that monitors sensitive consumables take-and-place activity in real time. Integrated pick-to-light LED indicators guarantee instant picking accuracy.
